PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING AND CATEGORY OF DATA PROCESSED

Upon the user's free and informed consent, the Data Controller will process the information collected through first-party profiling cookies for the following purpose:

for the Data Controller's customer and non-customer users, the promotion and sale of "dedicated" products and services of the Data Controller specifically identified through the processing and analysis, including through the use of automated techniques or systems, of information relating to preferences, habits, consumer choices, aimed at dividing users into homogeneous groups for specific behaviors or characteristics. These purposes will be pursued exclusively through the navigation data collected through the above-mentioned profiling cookies installed through the Site and not also through cross-referencing or enrichment of such information with different data already available to the Data Controller.

The legal basis that legitimises such processing is consent, which the user accessing the Site is free to give or not and which can, in any case, revoke at any time.

The provision of data necessary for these purposes is not mandatory and refusal to provide them does not determine any negative consequences for the user nor does it prevent navigation of the Site, but only the impossibility of receiving dedicated commercial communications.

The Owner informs that the user of the Site may change his choice regarding the storage of cookies at any time.

These recipients, depending on the case, process personal data as independent controllers or managers. The categories of independent controllers and the list of managers to whom the data may be communicated may be requested from the Owner.

Furthermore, natural persons belonging to the following categories may become aware of the data as persons authorised to process it and only with respect to the data necessary for carrying out the tasks assigned to them: employees of the Data Controller or those seconded to it, temporary workers, interns, consultants and employees of external companies appointed as data controllers.

The Data Controller highlights that the revocation of consent will only be effective for the processing subsequent to the same.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD AND RIGHT TO ERASURE (I.E. RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN)

The Data Controller will process the information collected as strictly necessary to achieve the predetermined purposes; the data collected through first-party profiling cookies will be processed for a maximum period of 6 months.

At the end of the aforementioned retention period, the information collected will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow the identification of the user (e.g. irreversible anonymization), unless their further processing is necessary for one or more of the following purposes: i) resolution of pre-litigation and/or litigation initiated before the expiry of the retention period; ii) to follow up on investigations/inspections by internal control functions and/or external authorities initiated before the expiry of the retention period; iii) to follow up on requests from Italian and/or foreign public authorities received/notified to the Data Controller before the expiry of the retention period.
