Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 48 working hours from payment confirmation. Delivery occurs within 3-7 working days, unless delays occur that are beyond our control. The indicated timeframes are to be understood as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Shipping Costs are as follows:

  • Italy: €12.08 for orders totaling less than €199.
  • If the order total exceeds €199, shipping is free.

The Seller will deliver the selected and ordered products via specialized carriers appointed for this purpose. Upon delivery, the Customer or a trusted person must be present to ensure the packaging is intact and the received products match what was ordered. In case of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and/or wrong products and/or damaged packaging, the Seller requests that the Customer, or their trusted representative, reports the discrepancies on the delivery document by accepting the goods with a "Reservation for Inspection" and contacts the Seller via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the order. If the report is not made within the indicated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the claim.

When the package is handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check the shipping status.

For purchases made by customers residing outside the European Union (EU), any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country’s regulations are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fees indicated during the checkout process.

If customs duties or import fees are not paid by the buyer and the package is returned to the Seller, any costs incurred for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

In case of goods being held due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the customer will be charged for storage fees. If the package remains uncollected for more than 72 hours after its return, the costs for reshipping will be increased by the storage fees applied by the carrier.

In the event that the customer requests a refund for the order without having collected the goods, the refund will be issued minus the expenses incurred (shipping fees + storage fees + return fees).
