Did you make a purchase on www.agmoto.com and are not satisfied with the product or need to return it?

No problem: within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, you can return all or part of what was ordered.

Click on "Request Return" for a shipped order in the order list.

Select the reason "Withdrawal within 14 days" and optionally add a note, then confirm.

Wait for the confirmation email with the related RMA form to attach to the package. Inside the box, include a copy of the order you previously placed.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

Once the goods are received and inspected by our warehouse, you will be refunded using the payment method used for the initial purchase.

What is the RMA form?

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization. Attach the form you receive via email to the outside of the box and make sure the code displayed is clearly visible. The warehouse will refuse any package without the form properly applied.

Exclusions and Precautions

The goods must be returned intact, unused, and with the original packaging.

Custom products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, brake and clutch hoses, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
